#28 GREGORY CREWDSON | Cinematic Settings

Photography is always closely connected with cinema. Films are considered as a stretched version of still images. However, i consider photography as a more powerful and emotional tool to tell story, with more space for imagination.
In Gregory's photos, the set is carefully designed and arranged. The placement of the mirror and door creates more frames and depth of the image. Also, the lighting creates a stretch of warm tone and cool tone.
