One of the key to make a successful photograph is to make a main focus for the audience, not to confuse them by providing too much information. Here, we have an example of extremely fruitful images, piled up with countless objects. Yet, we don't get overwhelmed, instead we get increasingly interested in the objects around the head, like sneaking into the head of the person. The surreal make-up of the subjects makes the image a canvas of dreamland, where you tangled with the subjects' mind.
